Politically Correct: Code for Politically Submissive

Political Correctness has become a rallying cry by liberals along with many in the media, academia and government seeking to change the social landscape of America to their views.  The reality is that Political Correctness is code for Political Submission.  And it is destroying America.

As society and the turbulent politics of 1980s gave way to the ‘90s and accelerated to the polarized world today, the term Politically Correct was ushered into liberal America’s vocabulary arsenal.  Groups who had felt “victimized” by whatever situation they objected to found allies in the mainstream media and vote hungry members of the Democratic party who quickly championed the term and empowered the sense of victimization to become a courting call to their constituents.  Even if one credits the original intent of the term as something good, it has been perverted, manipulated and weaponized to be the catalyst of the now rapid decline of American values.

The truth, however, is there is NO SUCH THING as being Politically Correct.
Instead it is being Politically Submissive.

For a sound minded person, particularly someone conservative, to go along with using the term “politically correct”, even when objecting to or ridiculing its use, further propagates the absolute destructive nature of the term. 

Instead, when liberal America tries to force its collective will upon conservative and the silent majority of Americans, they are attempting to subjugate us into being Politically Submissive. 

They are most assuredly not politically or otherwise correct.

Submissive is defined as, “inclined or ready to submit; unresistingly or humbly obedient.”  This is what the left wants the country to become so they may exert a dominance of their conscience design strictly for their gain.  All at the expense of the majority of Americans.

Wikipedia and other sources provide an exhaustive history of the use of Politically Correct / Political Correctness while giving this short overview:

"Political correctness (adjectivally: politically correct), commonly abbreviated to PC, is a term which, in modern usage, is used to describe language, policies, or measures which are intended not to offend or disadvantage any particular group of people in society." 

Examining the way political correctness is used today, it is abundantly clear that liberals and much of the national media intend for the rest of the country to submit to their point of view and use the term as a weapon!  And if one doesn’t submit to anything they say is offensive, then that person is a “____phobe” (fill in the blank from a countless list that has been created by the “aggrieved”), racist, bigot, misogynist, and variety of vile terms meant to divide the country and worse yet, steer America away from what made this country exceptional in the course of human history. 
 
How can anyone consider that “correct”?

Of particular interest, however, the laundry list of offenses that the left feels have to be “corrected” never includes those denigrating Christian or Patriotic values!

Conservative and silent majority Americans should repudiate the term Politically Correct and ALWAYS replace it with Politically Submissive or Political Submission.  Then the true motives of the left will become exposed and the conversation will turn.

As baby boomers fade and the country becomes run by Gen X, Gen Y Millennials, and in the not too distant future Gen Z, America is on the verge of becoming submissive to a minority of left thinking groups who over the last 30 years have established a power base in the media and educational institutions, and entrenched themselves in the executive and legislative branches of our government.   

Even today momentum will be difficult to reverse.  The education system has authored revisionist text books, enabled the collapse of discipline and decorum in schools, promoted victimization, criticized success and created a perceived need for “Safe Spaces” to isolate the submissive from free thinking.  The Justice Department has created enforcement policies and liberal court rulings to threaten opposition and recent government censorship have eliminated reference to terms it defines as offensive or counter to the message they are propagating.  This combined with the 24/7 news cycle and social media activists telling us what to think, has resulted in many Americans have (un) willingly become submissive; falling for the mantra of false “correctness”.  While there is a ground swell of eager, multi-generation submissive individuals who have been convinced they have been victimized by virtually everything, the dots are easy to connect to only a few in power that have benefited politically. 

It is not yet too late to reject becoming a nation of submissive followers; however, the time is nigh and to detox from the PC-poison will be painful.

Abraham Lincoln, a patriot and a Republican issued a dire warning in his 1838 ‘The Perpetuation of Our Political Institutions’ speech; “If destruction be our lot we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen we must live through all time or die by suicide.”

The strong fight for freedom.
